Our review record

We do not have published reviews yet, and we would rather say so than invent them. Home Visit Beauty is a young business in Bangkok and our Google Business Profile is still being set up. When it is live, every review on it will come from a real client who booked a real appointment, and it will sit on Google where we cannot edit it.

Why this page is not full of testimonials

Plenty of beauty sites in Bangkok carry glowing quotes with first names and five stars. Some are genuine. Many were written by whoever built the site. There is no way for you to tell the difference from the page itself, which is exactly why we would rather show you nothing than show you something we made up.

If you are weighing us against another mobile service, judge us on what you can actually verify: what we commit to below, what we tell you before you book, and how we behave on the day.

In the meantime, the treatment pages set out exactly what is included: waxing — waxing, and the rest of what we bring, threading — threading for brows and face, facials — facials at home and nail treatments. Those descriptions are what we hold ourselves to.

What we commit to on every appointment

Until there are reviews to show you, these are the commitments we make on every appointment instead.

The quoted price is the price. You get it on WhatsApp before booking. No call-out fee, no hotel surcharge, no minimum spend inside our Bangkok service area, and nothing added at the end.
A fresh disposable applicator for every stroke. No double dipping. Metal tools sanitised between clients, and anything porous is single use and leaves with us.
We bring everything and remove everything. Couch cover, products, waste bag. Nothing goes in your bin.
Discretion by default. We sign in at reception as a visitor and do not discuss the treatment at the desk.
We will tell you when to book someone else. If a clinic is the right call for your skin, or a nail condition means we should not treat you, we say so and decline the booking.

How to check us out without reviews

Reasonable thing to want before letting someone into your room. Four things you can actually verify, and they work on any mobile provider, not only this one:

Ask what the practitioner is certified in, at booking. A provider who cannot answer that plainly is telling you something.
Check the WhatsApp number matches the one on this site. It should be the same number everywhere you find us.
Ask what they bring and what they take away. Single-use items, sterilised tools, and everything used leaving with them — that answer should come without hesitation.
Ask for the quote in writing before you confirm. A figure that changes on the day is the clearest warning sign in this trade.

Where verified reviews will appear

Once the Google Business Profile is live, reviews will be published there rather than here, because a review you can only read on the company's own website is worth very little. We will link it from this page as soon as it exists.

You should not take it on trust — that is the point of this page. Use the four checks above, ask for the quote in writing, and judge the reply you get. Those work on any provider.
